The 11th UK Learning Analytics Network meeting is being hosted by Aston University in central Birmingham on Tuesday 5th September 2017.
The room lends itself to working in small groups so we thought we’d have fewer presentations and a bit more hands-on activity this time. Paul and I will then be facilitating a cut-down version of our interventions workshop, initially looking at planning student-facing interventions, then after lunch planning enhancements to the curriculum on the basis of analytics. Then after some presentations from members on how their own learning analytics projects are progressing, we’ll hear from various stakeholders at Aston, including students, on how they’re getting on with their own project.
As usual there’ll be plenty of opportunity for networking with people from other institutions who are implementing learning analytics.
You’re advised to book early as there are limited places available and the event is likely to be oversubscribed.
